PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION CAREFULLY:


ONLY PRE-ENTRIES WILL BE ACCEPTED. NO DAY-OF ENTRIES WILL BE PERMITTED.

PRE-ENTRIES ARE ACCEPTED UNTIL 8PM, THURSDAY, JUNE 3RD.

All completed entries, coggins, and waivers must be submitted at time of pre-entry.

Incomplete and/or unsigned pre-entries will not be accepted.




COVID-19 SAFETY PRACTICES & PROCEDURES


ALL ATTENDEES ON THE SHOW PREMISES ARE REQUIRED TO ADHERE TO THESE POLICIES. FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH THESE POLICIES WILL RESULT IN BEING ESCORTED FROM THE SHOW GROUNDS.


In addition to the requirements posted by Harford County Parks & Recreation for the Heavenly Waters Equestrian Center (to read, please click HERE), HHSA will also require compliance to the following policies:


1. FACE COVERINGS ARE REQUIRED TO BE WORN BY ALL PERSONS AT ALL TIMES WHILE ON SHOW GROUNDS, with the exception of being mounted or while at personal trailer/vehicle.


2. Every person on the show grounds will be REQUIRED TO SIGN IN & HAVE TEMPERATURE TAKEN UPON ENTRY to grounds, this includes all riders, trainers, and parents/guardians. Once signed in and temperature checked, you will receive an arm band. Please wear this arm band at all times while on show grounds.


3. To aid in keeping numbers to a minimum for the safety and consideration of all, PLEASE STRONGLY LIMIT ANY OUTSIDE GUESTS AND SPECTATORS. It is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED that adult competitors only have one trainer/attendee and junior competitors only have one trainer and one parent/guardian/attendee.


4. All persons on show grounds are asked to comply with and adhere to social distancing requirements and health recommendations by the WHO and CDC at all times (i.e. 6’ distance apart from other individuals, frequent hand washing, etc.). ANYONE WHO IS FOUND NOT TO COMPLY WITH AND ADHERE TO THESE ABOVE POLICIES, NOT USING A FACE MASK WHEN REQUIRED, OR DOES NOT HAVE A WRIST BAND, WILL BE ESCORTED FROM THE SHOW GROUNDS.


5. Each ring will have one in-gate and one out-gate. Please follow the directional signs at the time of entry and exit of competition ring.


6. Each attendee is responsible for their own trash. Please take all trash with you when you leave. We will not have our regular trash removal available at this show.


7. For the safety and consideration of all, please do not loiter around show rings unless actively competing in ring at that time. We strongly ask that you stay by your trailer/personal vehicle while waiting to show and once you have competed, please leave the grounds in a timely manner.


8. ENTRIES

  • ONLY pre-registered entries will be permitted. No day-of or walk-up entries will be accepted. Pre-registration entry is open until 8PM, Thursday, June 3rd via hhsamd.org.

  • Preferred payment method is via PayPal at time of pre-entry: secretaryhhsa@gmail.com 
    Checks will also be accepted the day of show in addition to PayPal. No cash will be accepted.

  • All coggins and signed waivers must be submitted with pre-entry by 8PM, Thursday, June 3rd.

  • Class adds and scratches are permitted. Please contact the show secretary via text message at 443-947-0813 or email at krsperformanceponies@yahoo.com or by one designated person to visit the show office day-of.

  • Competitor back numbers will be grouped by trainer and available for one designated person to pick up on the table by office.
