Every year, the by-laws and rules are reviewed for appropriateness and accuracy by the Rules Committee, of which the members are designated by the Board of Directors. Suggestions, concerns, and recommendations received from members throughout the previous season are collected and reviewed by the Rules Committee. Any suggested rule changes that are found to benefit the greater membership are then drafted & presented at the annual Spring Open Meeting for a vote by the membership present at that meeting.
This year's rules were reviewed, voted upon, and adopted at the annual HHSA Spring Open Meeting held in March of 2024.
