Each year, the rule book is reviewed for appropriateness and accuracy by the Rules Committee. Suggestions, concerns, and recommendations received from members throughout the previous season are collected and reviewed by the Rules Committee. Any rule changes that are found to benefit the greater membership are then drafted and presented at the annual Spring Open Meeting for a vote by the membership.
This year's rules were reviewed and adopted at the Spring Open Meeting on March 20, 2017.
